How it works:

Free online meeting where we get to know your background and goals, so we can prepare a session that’s 100% personalized. We’ll also book the day and time for your practical session.

Duration:

90-minute session with technical guidance on the road or on trails suited to your level.

Technical focus:

We’ll work on braking, shifting, cornering, climbing, and descending. We help you gain confidence, control, and flow on the bike.

Who it’s for:

Perfect for beginners or athletes with technical limitations. Learn the foundations or improve what was never explained to you.

Location:

Lisbon, West Coast, or a location arranged with you.

Price:

From €60, you can bring up to 4 friends (+€5 per extra person).The session is still fully personalized for you (15% discount for Apulso athletes).

Inclui uma sessão online prévia (reserva sem custos) onde tiramos as tuas dúvidas, conhecemos o teu percurso e ajustamos o treino às tuas necessidades. Segue-se um treino prático de 90 minutos na estrada ou em trilhos (gravel), com acompanhamento técnico focado em segurança, técnica e confiança. Inclui seguro de acidentes pessoais, snack, registo audiovisual e validade de 6 meses com local e horário adaptáveis à tua agenda.
