With real-time support and immediate feedback, we’ll work on posture, lightness, technique, and flow.
You’ll notice how small adjustments can make a big difference, in your breathing, your stride, and your overall well-being.

Duration:

70-minute session with technical guidance, on road or trails adapted to your level.Divided into 4 segments: warm-up, technical component, focused work, and cool-down.

Technical Focus:

We work on running technique, cadence, posture, and energy efficiency.
We’ll help you gain lightness, consistency, and enjoyment in your running.
You’ll learn how to manage your effort, and feel the difference.

Who it’s for:

Perfect for beginners or more experienced runners who feel stuck or want to run with more confidence.
Learn the foundations of running or refine what no one ever taught you.

Location:

Lisbon, West region or a location of your choice.

Price:

Starting from €50 You can bring up to 4 friends (+€5 per person) The session is always designed for you. (15% discount for Apulso athletes)

What’s included and how it works:

Includes a preliminary online meeting, 70 minutes of technical training on the road or track with theoretical content, technical drills, and specific work, civil liability insurance, snack, optional audiovisual recording, and is valid for 6 months with location and schedule adaptable to your availability.
